I was using Orca and having issues with the prints on my Neptune 4, so have moved over to Cura and followed Troy's youtube video on all hist settings, getting a way better and stronger print, but i'm now getting these waves across the flat surfaces.
I have tried changing temps and walls, but nothing seems to fix it, any thoughts?

Try turning on your cooling fan that should help with this problem. What kind of filament are you using?
